TVS starts free of cost 24x7 road side assistance on all scooters and motorcycles.
Customer service today is or at least should be on top of every company’s agenda. For a brand’s reputation precedes it. Along these lines, TVS motor company has introduced a new 24x7 road side assistance initiative for its customers. And there is no catch here as the new TVS 24x7 road side assistance programme is being offered free of cost for customers across the country. In its first phase, the initiative has been launched in 70 cities across India, by the end of October 2016 the facility will be available across over 200 TVS outlets and by March 2017 it will be available across India.
Services offered by TVS’s new 24x7 road side assistance initiative includes onsite repair, fuel delivery, spare key pick-up, towing of motorcycles, accident assistance and cab arrangement.
The TVS 24x7 road side assistance programme is available on not just new TVS models but any TVS two-wheeler still under company warranty. TVS will also be organizing awareness campaigns about the programme to ensure customers learn about it.
