Hyundai has launched the second-generation Venue in India, priced between Rs 7.90 lakh (HX 2 petrol MT) and Rs 15.51 lakh (HX 10 diesel AT). These ex-showroom prices are introductory and valid till December 31, 2025. The SUV, in its new guise, gets a sharper exterior, a tech-loaded interior, and a host of advanced features. It also debuts a new HX naming scheme across its eight variants: HX 2, HX 4, HX 5, HX 6, HX 6T, HX 7, HX 8, and HX 10.
The Hyundai Venue has been one of India’s best-selling compact SUVs since its debut. With the second-generation update, it aims to further strengthen its appeal in a highly competitive segment. The facelifted Venue is the first of the 26 car launches Hyundai has planned for India by 2030.
As for the market competition, it continues to go head-to-head with the Skoda Kylaq, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Nissan Magnite, Kia Sonet, Kia Seltos, Renault Kiger, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza. Here’s what’s different in the second-generation Venue.

The new Hyundai Venue has a more boxy, sharp, and aggressive design than its predecessor. The front is highlighted by a full-width LED light bar that stretches across the bonnet line, complemented by quad-beam LED headlamps, twin-horn LED DRLs, horizon LED positioning lamps, and a dark chrome radiator grille. Hyundai has moved its emblem to the bonnet. At the sides, there are sculpted body lines over the wheel arches, and 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, offering the SUV a sporty and refined look. The rear also features noticeable updates, including horizon LED tail lamps and an aerodynamic spoiler with LED HMSL.

Dimensionally, the new Venue is 48mm taller (1,665mm), 30mm wider (1,800mm), and has a 20mm longer wheelbase (2,520mm). As for the colours, the new Hyundai Venue continues to be offered in a range of options, including both existing shades and new ones, such as Mystic Sapphire, and dual-tone variants like Atlas White or Hazel Blue paired with an Abyss Black roof.

The interior of the new Venue has seen significant upgrades. The previous black-and-grey layout has been replaced with a dual-tone Dark Navy and Dove Grey theme. Highlights include a D-cut steering wheel, coffee-table style center console with ambient lighting (Moon White) across it, and a crashpad, 2-step reclining rear seats, electrically adjustable 4-way driver seat, rear AC vents, rear window sunshades, scooped front seatbacks, and Venue-branded dual-tone leather upholstery. The all-new Venue also features a curved dual 12.3-inch display (big upgrade over the previous model’s 8-inch screen and semi-digital cluster), merging the infotainment and digital cluster into one seamless panel. It also includes a new three-spoke steering wheel with illuminated dots, which adds a modern, EV-inspired touch.
Hyundai has equipped the all-new Venue with some of the cutting-edge technologies, an all-new ccNC (Connected Car Navigation Cockpit) infotainment system powered by NVIDIA. It is complemented by a Bose 8-speaker sound system, ventilated front seats, and Surround View Monitor (SVM), Over-the-air updates available for up to 20 vehicle control systems, and Blind Spot View Monitor (BVM).
For enhanced safety, the SUV is equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), including Rear Parking Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, and Driver Attention Warning. Unlike the previous model’s Level 1, camera-only ADAS, the new system combines both camera and radar sensors. Other amenities include six airbags, an electric parking brake with auto hold, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), hill-start assist, a tyre-pressure monitoring system (TPMS), all four disc brakes, 3-point seatbelts, and reminders for all passengers.
Built on the new K1 global platform, the 2025 Hyundai Venue continues with three powertrains: an 82bhp 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol (5-speed manual), a 118bhp 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT), and a 114bhp 1.5-litre diesel, now available with a 6-speed manual or a new 6-speed torque converter automatic.
