Rolls Royce has released pictures of their upcoming SUV, codenamed Project Cullinan, that will hit the public roads this week to undergo rigorous tests.

The early engineering mule is based on the shortened version of Phantom Series 2 body, and is equipped with an all-wheel drive suspension system. This mule will serve as test bed for the final iteration of the ‘Effortless Everyone’ all-terrain car.

And Rolls Royce is pretty peculiar about ensuring the same ride quality while off-road and off-road to prospective buyers. That's why it will take this car to all sorts of terrain, ranging from Belgian Pave, corrugated concrete and resonance road before finalizing the production version.

But when it does make it to Rolls Royce showrooms across the world, Bentley Bentayga will have some competition.
