Hyundai has updated its online car shopping tool to introduce ‘Click-to-Buy 1.5’. The update streamlines Hyundai’s online car buying experience, while also adding new functionality.

In March of 2020, Hyundai launched its online car-buying tool ‘Click-to-Buy’. The move couldn’t have come at a better time, considering the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic that has gripped the planet. Click-to-Buy strictly adheres to the contactless guidelines for coronavirus safety, as it offers a completely digital new car buying experience. Customers can log on to the Hyundai India website and use the tool to buy any car of their liking, by choosing the model and variant. Click-to-Buy 1.5 additionally allows customers to check a dealer's inventory to see what models are available and view promotional offers and discounts. It also allows them to negotiate discounts with dealers over the internet. The whole process of applying for a car loan and its disbursement has also been digitised. Customers who seek a more personal car buying experience can also use the video conference feature to talk to the sales staff allotted to them via the system for a more detailed communication experience. Hyundai will also carry out test drives at a customer’s request in a fully sanitised vehicle, while home deliveries of sanitised new cars are also on the table.
