Just a few days before its launch, Ford has gone on to reveal the official images of the India-spec Figo face-lift; to receive a new top-end 'BLU' trim.

Prior to its official launch, the Figo facelift has already been revealed on Ford India's website. While the details remain unchanged from before, the revelation comes in the form of a new 'BLU' trim which is expected to be offered as the top-spec Titanium BLU variant. While the earlier images belonged to the international-spec model (sold as the Ka+), it seems that not much has been changed visually for the India-spec model.

The major styling changes on the Figo facelift include a completely refreshed front fascia (revised bumper design, a new honeycomb chrome grille, updated headlight design and chrome surrounds for the fog lamps) and larger 15-inch wheels. While the Ambiente and Titanium variants won't differ much, it's the top-spec Titanium BLU variant which will sport significant changes. Sporting a dynamic look, it will get a contrast roof finished in black, black-painted ORVMs, a set of different alloy wheels and a matte-black grille. A few chrome elements like the fog lamp surrounds will be finished in Blue, accompanied by a bit of blue livery here and there.

Inside, the Figo facelift is likely to get a restyled dashboard and a longer feature list. However, it is will most likely miss out on Ford's Sync3 infotainment system, along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. In terms of engine and gearbox options, the Figo facelift is likely to borrow the 1.2-litre three-cylinder Dragon series motor from the Aspire and Freestyle, along with a larger 1.5-litre Dragon series motor from the EcoSport. As for the diesel option, 1.5-litre motor from the outgoing model is likely to be retained.
