From a discount of 50% on select accessories to 15% off on labour charges, Renault is offering a bunch of benefits across all its 370 sales and 450 service touchpoints. Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz has introduced EMI option for service and repair bills.

Since automobile manufacturers resumed operations in May, they have been introducing varied finance schemes to lure customers into buying new cars. EMI holidays ranging from 3 to 6 months, reduced rate of interest, discounts, and other benefits are being offered. Renault too has previously announced similar benefits for new car buyers. Now, the Chennai-based firm has launched a new ‘Welcome Back’ service camp for the benefit of existing customers.

Under this initiative, Renault owners can avail several benefits during the service of their cars, including a 15% discount on labour charges, a 5% off on engine oil change, and a 10% reduction on select spare parts. Additionally, the company is also offering the ‘Renault Secure’ extended warranty package at a reduced rate of 10%. New car owners can avail discounts of up to 50% on select accessories as well. Renault’s ‘Welcome Back’ initiative commenced today and will continue until 26th July across its 370 sales and 450 service touchpoints.

Meanwhile, Mercedes too has launched an interesting ‘Pay at your convenience’ initiative for its existing customers. As per this new scheme, customers have the flexibility of paying their preventive maintenance and service bills in EMI. Customer can avail an EMI tenure of up to 1 year or even opt for a Zero Cost EMI option for three months. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz has also digitised the entire process of car servicing with its new Digital Service Drive Next (DSD Nxt) initiative. Customer can book an appointment for their car service (including date, pick-up, drop-off location time and location) as well as get real-time updates about their car’s service status. All service documents can be downloaded using the DSD Nxt. Further communication can be initiated via Whatsapp, and payment can be made online as well.
